省兴滇英才“青年拔尖人才”、云南锗业科技副总、首批省专家人才产业服务团成员、永利23411集团中青年骨干教师、永利23411集团“光电子与微电子”重点实验室主任。累计主持国家173技术领域重点项目、国家自然科学基金、省重点研发计划、省重点等专项20余项,总经费超1400万元;在eScience、ACS nano、Nano-Micro Letters等高水平期刊发表研究论文80余篇;授权专利30余项。2018年获省政府自然科学技术一等奖。学术兼职《Nano-Micro Letters》、《Chip》、《Information&Functional Materials》等高水平期刊青年编委。

研究领域
研究第一性原理计算、二维材料制备科学、Ge/graphene范德华外延、
2D/3D(YBCO、InP、Ge)光电集成等新物理、新材料、新型光电器件。
1. 二维材料及新材料研发:研究二维材料(Graphene、MoS2、h-BN)、光吸收材料(GeSn QDs 、InP单晶、Ge单晶)、高温超导体YBCO、铁电InSe、半金属、稀土氧化物等新材料制备、远程范德华外延及物性;
2. 新型光电子器件研发:构建光电探测器、场效应晶体管、突触器件、X射线探测器等新型光电融合芯片及存算一体芯片;
3. 第一性原理与分子动力学计算:研究第一性原理(VASP)、缺陷第一性原理 (DASP)、器件量子输运(Nanodcal)、分子动力学、机器学习等跨尺度理论;
4. 产业化开发:开发VGF法/VB法大尺寸低位错密度InP、Ge等单晶关键生长技术及其集成二维原子晶体与异质结器件研究。
