科研与教学情况
研究领域为高效太阳电池的制备。主要涉及:1)钙钛矿太阳电池的刮涂法制备及其性能优化,包含各个功能层的开发及界面优化等;2)钙钛矿电池界面载流子输运调控;3)钙钛矿结晶动力学研究及其调控机制;4)Cu2ZnSn(S,Se)4体相缺陷调控。取得了多项创新性成果,以第一作者发表论文5篇(包括 3篇Advanced Materials,1 篇Advanced Functional Materials),并发表英文著作一篇。在新能源器件研究方面具有丰富经验,目前兼任大理州光电能源创新联合体秘书长。
教学情况:主讲《新能源热利用与热发电原理》。
